“ Perfect spot for Breakfast and Lunch! Breakfast is served all day, I come get the breakfast Burrito regularly, I highly recommend it. Their Burgers and Sandwiches are also great! And the French Fries are the best I've ever had. Order at the counter and they have cute little outdoor dining area with different sized tables for groups or individuals. You can sit in the sun or the shade, on their comfy outdoor patio couches. The sound of the water fountain is a nice touch to help unwind on a lunch break. It's owner-operated and you'll have a hard time finding somewhere with a friendlier staff and better service. They always recommend the best options and so far have been very accommodating and willing to customize anything I've ordered. Good Vegan Gluten Free options as well although I haven't tried them yet. Stop by Dukes for a daily special on the board out front and you'll be coming back every day, like me. ”
“ Party of 7 for breakfast. Great service by everyone. Lots of options on the menu. I had the Bhan Mi and it was delicious. Family members had breakfast croissants, burritos and BLTA. EVERYONE WAS SUPER HAPPY AND FULL. We are not local but we will come back if we are in the area. ”
“ Picked up an online order today. There was plenty of street parking and it is an easy to find location. Hidden gem for sure. Didn't have time to try their drinks or snacks but will stop by next time when I am in this area. There are outdoor seating and a great place to chill when you are in the Hollywood area. ”
“ Such a great place to hang out. Came here on a work lunch and food was amazing. Sauces were fresh and everything tasted amazing. We met the owner and you can see and taste the passion he has for his craft. The vibes are great. Service was great, they were super attentive. Cool place to hang out, eat and play some board games if you have the time. I’ll definitely be coming back! ”
“ I’m just a tourist in LA for the first time, and my brother Anthony picked Duke for our brunch. Honestly, we didn’t expect much, but wow! The avocado toast, breakfast sandwich, and popeyes scramble were seriously impressive! The bread was so crunchy, and the toppings were super tasty. It’s perfect for me with hot sauce! I love it so much that I wish we had Duke back home! and the seller is just so agreeable. ”
“ * This is honestly a hidden gem* I’m riding past this place and I see the breakfast flag waving. I park my car on the side and start searching the lot to find where they sell food. Luckily the lot attendant points it out to me. I walk in and Duke himself is standing in the front. He’s probably the second nicest guy in LA next to me lol. I place my order and he offered me a free Strawberry Lemonade and boy o boy that lemonade might have crack inside it. I couldn’t stop thinking about it all day. My pastrami burger was phenomenal! So much flavor and the bun I did eat a majority of my buddies sweet potato fries. So I can say with confidence make sure you order some. They also make home made sauces in the store. If you can’t find this place call me! I’ll give you directions. But make sure you give this spot a try! ”
“ Owner was so welcoming and kind. Atmosphere smelled amazing. You know immediately that the food is gonna slap. Me and my GF will definitely be back! Pastries were really good too. ”
“ These five stars don’t lie! I’m from Tijuana and found this hidden gem on the way— over a hundred reviews and 99.9% of them are five stars?! I had to try. Found out I need to trust all of you more— It was probably the best Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich I’ve eaten, their cold brew and vanilla latte hits the right spot, and if doesn’t, they’ll make it happen. Don’t even get me started on the ambience and service— they treat you like family, probably the kindest people I’ve met. So worthy, you must try it at least once. ”
